LEADERSHIP
As of the 2025-2026 League year, the Junior League of Seattle is governed by a single leadership body—the Board of Directors—as part of a three-year pilot program designed to strengthen our organizational effectiveness. This newly structured Board is responsible for both setting the strategic vision and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the League. By consolidating leadership into one governing body, we aim to streamline decision-making, enhance accountability, and ensure that our work remains aligned with our mission and long-term goals. The Board continues to guide the League through thoughtful planning, policy oversight, and strategic leadership, supporting the growth and impact of JLS in the greater Seattle community.
