Maxine Barnard is the epitome of a community catalyst for positive change. Her philanthropic service spans six decades on many levels, including active participation in volunteer positions with her Alma Mater the University of Washington.

Maxine received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and worked as a caseworker at the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services. Later she was a partner at Northwest Interior Decorators and Multi-M Productions.
