1993 RECIPIENT—KATE BELCHER

Kate Belcher Webster was the recipient of the Dorothy Stimson Bullitt Award in 1993. Kate Belcher Webster has devoted 40 years to community service working with schools, hospitals and various non-profits. As Chair of the Board of Children’s hospital, Webster was instrumental in developing an affiliation between Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington School of Medicine.
